Exploitation Field of Geothermal Water „Draškovec AATG“

By analyzing the geothermal water from the Draškovec-1 (DR-1) well and the dissolved gas, the chemical composition and physical properties of the geothermal water and the gases dissolved in it were determined. The gas from the technological separation process can be flared or, if economically justified, used for commercial purposes. The maximum measured temperature at the bottom of the well was 113°C.

The expected vertical depth of the directional well Draškovec-2 (Dr-2) is projected to be 2,320 meters with a turning point at a depth of 940 meters, with a deviation L = 1,091 meters and an azimuth of 45°. After the construction and equipping of the well, its exploitation and hydrodynamic testing and development for the extraction of geothermal water are planned.
